Pseudorhipsalis ‘Blue Flame’ is a unique epiphytic cactus celebrated for its beautiful magenta blooms accented with distinctive blue tips, flourishing in humid settings akin to its Amazon rainforest environment.  Flowers appear along the edges of the leaves from late spring to early summer, with the flowering period lasting for a few weeks. The flowers of early spring are magenta, whereas those in summer display the characteristic blue tip on the magenta petals. The mature leaves can grow up to 2 feet in length. Pseudorhipsalis ‘Blue Flame’ thrives in a hot, humid atmosphere, reminiscent of its jungle origins. It should be cultivated in porous cactus soil, receiving partial sunlight to bright, indirect light.
